Instruction to fill up the form
1) Please download the form from
the website www.tajpharmaceuticals.com & fill it
carefully.
2) The applicants should have
to attach the Xerox copy of the IT Return/ PAN NO. /
TAN NO. / S.T. NO. / C.S.T. NO. & D.L. NO. Along
with the application. (If incase any said document is
not available please contact to the company through
mail, fax, e-mail, phone etc.)
3) The information letter for
the meeting/ Interview will be send to you after receiving
your application within 15 days.
4) The applicants have to deposits
Good will money within 15 days through Demand Draft
in the favor of Taj Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Payable at
Mumbai, after the meeting/ Interview held it at our
registered office.
5) The company will perform an official legal agreement
with the C & F Agent immediately after receiving
their Good will money & the company’s experts will
examine the agent’s godown, office etc. within one week
& after getting examination report of the officials,
company will dispatch all the products required by the
C & F Agents in their respective godowns.
6) Please go though all the terms
& conditions of the company carefully & if you
